Participants not getting notifications?

Here is another typical issue and how to solve it. I have sent out a reminder of an assessment that I want a client to complete. They haven't received it yet and that was a few hours ago. One of the Associates recently completed a training session using The Platinum Rule and had a couple of great questions.
