Tony is doing a major overhaul of all of his online systems this coming spring and he has asked me to provide input in what I might like to see.  He has told me that this is the time to dream of all the features that you might like in a perfect world without money constraints.  He would also like to know what things need to be changed or removed.  Of course then he will assess the feasibility and the cost in relation to what others want and make some decisions.  One of the major revisions will be around languages and we should have a Spanish Version coming online.

What better way to be sure I know what might be needed than to ask all my Associates directly?
