The DISC  is the universal language of behavior. Research has shown that behavioral characteristics can be grouped together in four major divisions called personality styles. People with similar styles tend to exhibit specific behavioral characteristics common to that style. All people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity. The acronym DISC stands for the four personality styles represented by the letters: D (Drive), I (Influence), S (Steadiness), and C (Compliance).

SOAR is an organization made up of circles of women who are in the process of discovering their gifts and passions and want to share opportunities answers and resources and inspire and motivate each other to achieve success and happiness however they define them and connect with women in their area, country and throughout the world.

As sponsor members, the fee for each member will be $35 for Canadians and $25 for Americans.  Sponsor members not only support the overhead of the organization through this small one time fee but also have access to all SOAR material and the use of the name.
