
Ginger Ward-Green,
B.Sc. has over fifteen years
experience in the areas of human resource management and
organization development consulting. This experience has
been developed by working internally to organizations and
as an external consultant. She has managed a Human
Resource Training unit at the operational level.
Ginger is especially
interested in issues related to managing change, conflict
and covert processes within organizations. She has worked
extensively with individuals and teams on identifying
practical solutions to diverse business problems. She is
a member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
Currently,
Ginger works as Adjunct Faculty for Nortel Networks and
facilitates several different programs for their Employee
Learning Organization."
Past projects include:
- Designed a two day
workshop on "Increasing Personal
Resiliency" for Agriculture & Agri-Food
Canada.
- Completed
a restructuring project for the administrative
staff of the Minerals and Metals Policy Branch of
Natural Resources Canada.
- Facilitated
numerous programs for work teams within Bell
Northern Research and Northern Telecom Ltd. to
help them with refocusing direction and dealing
with conflict.
- As a
member of a joint venture with another small
consulting firm, conducted a national evaluation
of the Canadian Association of Independent Living Centres.
- Delivered
Conflict Management programs to units of
Emergency Housing within the Regional
Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton.
- Provided
an independent user evaluation of the services
provided by the West Carleton Resource Program.
- Presented
a workshop to Export Development Corporation on
managing transition and change.
