Ward-Green and Hill Associates is a
partnership comprising of
Roberta
Hill and Ginger
Ward-Green.
Roberta has been self employed as a management consultant
since 1990 and formed a partnership with Virginia in
1992. Together, we have more than thirty years experience
in the field of organization development and human
resource management. Our areas of expertise include:
- organizational change / transition / renewal,
- coaching
- facilitation
- leadership / team building and training,
- climate surveys / employee surveys
- conflict, alternate dispute resolution and mediation.

We recognize that we cannot do it all or remain knowledgeable in all matters. Therefore, we have developed alliances with other independents with whom we have worked in the past and share our philosophical approach. This has ensured that we augment our own skills in the areas of redesign, career transition, research and evaluation, diagnostic tools and large group intervention. In addition, we have francophone capabilities even though the majority of our work is conducted in English.
